- Tilsit: min. 45% of fat in dry matter | also available in organic
- Maasdam: min. 45% of fat in dry matter | also available in organic
- Emmental: min. 45% of fat in dry matter | also available in organic
- Cheddar: min. 50% fat in dry matter | also available in organic
Soft kinds of cheese:
- Cagliata: min. 45% or 48% fat in dry matter | also available in organic
- Mozzarella types: min. 40% fat in dry matter | also available in organic
Goat Cheese
Crumbles, frozen goat curd, cheese rolls (fresh and ripened)

Our cheeses can be used for slicing (slices), shredding/grating (toppings), melting (processed cheese) and powdering (cheese powder).
